CERITA :
Pernah suatu ketika di Jepang, ada sekelompok prajurit Ninja dari klan Iga. Suatu ari, ketika mereka (Yamata, Jinnai, dan satu Ninja konyol (saking konyolnya sampai lupa namanya) kembali dari pertempuran menuju desa mereka, mereka melihat bola api raksasa di langit yang jatuh menuju bumi. Mereka menyelidiki kemana jatuhnya bola api itu. Mereka mengira itu adalah senjata rahasia yang diciptakan oleh musuh-musuh mereka. Sesampainya di tempat jatuhnya bola api tadi, mereka menemukan bongkahan tanah yang gosong. Mereka kembali ke desa, melaporkan kejadian ini. Sang tetua pun memutuskan untuk menyerang ninja yang mereka anggap telah menyerang mereka.
Dalam perjalanan, mereka para ninja itu dikejutkan dengan sesuatu yang cepat yang dengan seketika membunuh, menebas, memotong mereka. Darah berucucuran, potongan tubuh bergelimpangan. Siapa mereka, Ninja apa yang telah menyerang mereka dengan kecepatan yang luar biasa. Yamata, Jinnai, Rind an dua Ninja lainnya berusaha bertahan dari serangan makhluk atau ninja yang menyerang mereka. Yamata menemukan seorang pemuda desa yang terlihat ketakutan. Pemuda itu mengatakan kalau desanya diserang makhluk mengerikan yang membuat semua pendudukanya tewas mengenaskan. Tak satupun yang tersisa.
Mereka tercengang melihat makhluk yang tidak pernah dilihat sebelumnya dengan cakar dan taringnya. Alien licin datang bersiap menyerang mereka. Yamata dan temannya pun mencoba menyerangnya, tapi kewalahan karena makhluk itu sangat kuat. Yamata dan prajuritnya bersumpah untuk membalas kematian rekan-rekan mereka dan mempertaruhkan hidup mereka. Dimulailah pertarungan Yamata, Rin, Jinnai dan satu Ninja konyol menghadapi Alien buas itu.
